Terms & Conditions of Group Mini Golf Bookings
Food Policy: Outside food, including snacks, meals, and desserts, is not permitted within the premises. This policy is in place to maintain cleanliness, uphold hygiene standards, and comply with health and safety regulations.
BYO Drinks Policy: Outside beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, are not permitted within the premises. This policy is in place to comply with licensing regulations, maintain quality standards, and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and an additional fee may be charged.
Safety and Conduct: Customers and their guests are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and rules provided by Golf Park Hobart. Intoxicated or unruly behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service or eject individuals violating these guidelines.
Equipment and Facilities: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities during their booking. Any missing or damaged equipment will be assessed, and the customer will be charged accordingly.
Weather Policy: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Golf Park Hobart reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for the safety of all participants.
Intellectual Property: Any content, including but not limited to images and videos, captured during the booking may be used by Golf Park Hobart for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the customer.
